The Platform facilitates transactions and markets the products listed on the platform. The Platform facilitates purchases but may not be the shipper.

2. Processing time & fulfillment
2.1. Processing time is the time the platform takes to prepare your order for shipment and is shown on the product page. Typical processing times vary by item (commonly 1-5 business days).

7.2. Be available to accept deliveries or provide safe delivery instructions where supported by the carrier. Refused packages or unclaimed shipments may incur return or restocking fees as applicable and shall be informed to the user when return is requested by the user.
