1.1. This website ornremedies.com (orn remedies) (the "Platform") is an e-commerce website online marketplace that sells Ayurvedic and herbal products. The Platform facilitates transactions and markets the products listed on the platform.

1.2. By placing an order you agree to these refund and cancellation terms.

2.1. You may request cancellation of an order before the platform has shipped the item. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting support. Approval is subject to the cancellation window and stock/fulfillment status.

2.2. If a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with the Refund Process and Timeline below.

3.1. The Platform may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, safety compliance issues, or other legitimate reasons. The Platform may also cancel orders suspected of fraud or in violation of policies.

3.2. When the Platform cancels an order, the Buyer will be notified and a full refund will be initiated unless otherwise agreed.

4.1. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact the the Platform within 7 days and provide photos and order details.

4.2. The platform is responsible for arranging return shipment where required and for covering return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

4.3. Fragile items such as glass bottles are not applicable for returns or replacement even when damaged.

4.4. Perishable or personal hygiene products, and opened items may be non-returnable for safety and health reasons unless they are defective or incorrect.

5.1. Refunds are generally issued when: (a) the order is cancelled before shipment, or (b) the Platform fails to fulfill the order.

5.2. Refunds may be partial (for example, when only part of an order is fulfilled or when a discount or promotional item is involved).

5.3. Non-refundable items: Products that are in glass bottles & Certain items such as opened personal care products, perishable goods, or specially made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.

6.1. Once a refund is approved, the Platform will process the refund to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank and may take 5-14 business days after initiation.

6.2. Shipping charges, taxes or other fees may be non-refundable in some circumstances; any such exceptions will be stated at checkout.

7.1. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting the Platform, we may not be able to assist and your dispute may be denied. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue.
